The new year is upon us and this is generally the time of the year that people make resolutions. I enjoy listening to people talk about the things that they want to do the start of every new year and I sort of chuckle. More often than not, a few months down the road I hear things like "what resolution?" or "well that didn't work".
Instead of letting myself down, I don't do resolutions. I basically don't believe in them. I'd rather set goals throughout the year that I can achive and then move onto something else. I also participate in Lent every year and give up something that means alot to me. I have o need for resolutions.
So how about you?? Do you have a New Year's resolutions?? If so, what is it?? (You can type in other answer in the "other" space.)
About Me
I'm a SAHM to a beautiful and tenatious daughter whom I'll be homeschooling starting fall 2008. Hubby and I have been married 19 years and he'll be retiring from the Army soon. We can't wait to see what "civilian" life has ahead for us because we've enjoyed every bit of Army life. I teach a religion class to 4& 5 year olds and absolutely love it!! I also enjoy sharing educational freebies in hopes that it helps others going through the homeschool experience, just like we are.
I blog about all this and more!!
