I told you all in a blog post a couple weeks ago that I’d sent for a “China Learning Kit”. It arrived today!! It was so fun opening it. Miss K too each item out one at a time and had to look at it all. It had every item in it that it was supposed to. Here’s a couple pictures from our opening experience….

The Envelope - with postage and writing
I’d recommend ordering this kit. It has several little trinkets in it that will really get the kid learning about a unit on China. These are just a couple pictures of the items in the kit. There’s other stuff, but I couldn’t very well include a picture of everything….especially since K decided to do it ONE item at a time!! If you haven’t already checked it out, you can order it here….
We’ll be having fun with this kit in the future as we learn more about China. It’s a country with a long history and we’ll be learning all about it!!

This looks verrry interesting. And just what are those little red doohickies?

One is a paper lantern that’s not opened up and I think the other is the tassel of some sort. It was a nice package and worth seeing a few trinkets from another country. I wish others would do something similar. It’d be so much fun!!
